Better productivity through control of industrial processes
Our client is an American industrial group with several industrial sites around the world, specialising in the precision casting of aluminium, titanium and zinc products. The group is looking to rapidly launch new production lines and new value-added products at one of its sites, and needs to stabilise its industrial processes in order to do so.
The Spirit Advisors teams co-constructed and supported new management systems for various processes: production, quality and maintenance. They have also aligned local methods with those of the Group, thereby establishing best practices that can be replicated by other plants.
